Aww thanks for following! I do have a YouTube channel, it’s crayzieinlove, but I hardly upload any videos. Beau wants to start vlogging though! We might give it a try 😊
Not a problem!!!
I worked throughout undergrad, so grad school is no different, lol. First year, I had 3 jobs. I worked 25-30 hours a week at Hastings (book/video/music store), Instructor for 2 freshman level courses, and was also a Pageant Coordinator. Didn’t date much my first year, though. I was mostly trying to balance grad school and work. Second year, I dated, though. Found my groove and was able to make time for some of the things I wanted to do.
Give yourself time to get into a consistent schedule. You’ll learn how to balance it all as you become more acclimated with grad school life. It’s imperative that you make time for yourself while in grad school. It’s such a stressful time, but it’s worth it.
- how someone could get married during grad school. Why not wait until after, especially since we can’t miss class!
- how unfair it is this other girl met her husband studying abroad in Chile
- how I barely have time/energy to do anything other than work and go to school
- why I’m not a cat
To add to that, we have a lot of older folks with full-time jobs and married with multiple kids in my program. I’m always in awe at how they’re able to balance all that!
"it’s like freud always said," says the ‘psychologist’ character in the movie, making everyone in the audience who knows anything at all about psychology flinch involuntarily
So, I realized I didn’t finish the challenge. Here goes…
What an amazing time we’ve had together thus far. I don’t know if I’ve ever expressed to you how much you mean to me. You came into my life at just the right time. I never would have imagined from our first encounter how deeply in love I would fall with you. We’re so different personality wise, but we work. We balance each other out. Our chemistry, our love, our bond…is nothing short of amazing. I’m at my best when I’m with you. Our relationship has been the most mature and fulfilling relationship (romantically speaking) I’ve ever been in. I’m looking forward to growing with you and I’m excited about our future together. I love you, Beau.
Good question! I figured that I wanted to have a life outside of grad school, so I made time. Usually got the bulk of work done during the week and relaxed on the weekends. I scheduled dates on the weekends too. Plus, I’ve done mostly online dating since 2011, so dating on the weekends was mostly mandatory due to living a bit of a distance away from the person.
